Biography

 Dale Hooks has served as the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer since January 2016. Mr. Hooks joined Clovis in August 2014 and served as Vice President of Sales until his promotion. Prior to joining Clovis, from 2004 to 2014, Mr. Hooks held many marketing and sales leadership positions at Genentech, Inc., including Franchise Head, Sales and Marketing of the skin cancer franchise. During his tenure at Genentech, he was responsible for the commercialization and launch of several key oncology brands across a variety of solid tumor categories, including lung, breast, colorectal, pancreatic and gastric cancers. Prior to Genentech, Hooks served in a number of sales and marketing leadership roles at GSK, Novartis and Galderma. Mr. Hooks has a B.S. degree in Marketing and Finance from Stephen F. Austin University and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
