Biography
Mr. Andrew Leslie Denver, BSc (Hons), MBA, FAICD, is Non-Executive Director of Cochlear Limited since February 1, 2007. He has been Chairman of Universal Biosensor Pty Limited, Director of CathRx Limited, Anzon Australia Limited and Principals Funds Management Pty Limited. He was former Managing Director of Memtec Limited and President Asia for Pall Corporation. He is Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Andrew Leslie Denver holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Manchester and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University.
