Mrs. Yasmin A. Allen is Non-Executive Director of Cochlear Limited. Mrs. Allen has over 20 years’ experience in business, investment banking and as company director. Mrs. Allen is currently an independent non-executive director of Insurance Australia Group (IAG), Chairman of Macquarie Specialised Asset Management (MSAM) and is a Member of the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army.
