Biography
Mr. Weiner is a partner in Dorsey's Corporate Group focusing on the representation of emerging growth companies. His practice focuses in the areas of corporate formation, mergers and acquisition, venture capital finance, corporate finance and securities regulation. Mr. Weiner represents public and private companies in a variety of industries, including biotech/life sciences, renewable energy, Internet, software and mining. In addition, he counsels Boards of Directors and management teams in the areas of equity compensation, corporate governance, Sarbanes-Oxley and other regulatory and disclosure matters.
