Biography
Dr Chunji Liu is a Senior Principal Research Scientist at CSIRO Agriculture, an adjunct professor at the University of Western Australia and the University of Tasmania. He received his PhD degree in wheat genome mapping from the University of Cambridge, UK, which was followed by a postdoc on millet genome mapping at the John Innes Centre, UK. He joined CSIRO in 1993. His current research focuses on disease resistance and cereal genome structures and evolution.
