Biography
Scot Balsavich serves as a Vice President at Cooper Engineering, overseeing transportation, municipal, and industrial projects at the firm. Scot works with state agencies, clients, and the professionals at Cooper Engineering to clarify procedures and roles on projects. Scot joined Cooper Engineering in 1983 as a technician working in the survey and drafting areas. He continued to gain knowledge in all areas of civil engineering at a branch office of Cooper Engineering in Hudson, Wisconsin, working and continuing his education at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Scot obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and returned to Cooper Engineering at the Rice Lake office in 1996 after working for another firm in the Eau Claire area for two years
