Biography

Tracey Jones a customer and quality focused professional with over 12 years of internal auditing and quality systems experience, a diploma in quality auditing, and more than a decade of business experience working in corporate environments with various stakeholders. I have been consistently recognised for exceeding expectations and being motivated to seek better outcomes for the end-user, which is ultimately better for the business. One of my key strengths is attention to detail, and this has significantly benefited those with whom I have worked when performing document or system reviews, which has resulted in improvements. Through providing inductions and systems training and conducting audits, with positive responses, I have demonstrated my ability to communicate with and train personnel effectively. Tracey Jones also have a strong background in administration with experience in payroll, reporting, data entry, procurement, accounts, and reconciliations. Coterra Environment is a specialist consultancy committed to providing professional environmental and water management services. As the Administrative Services Manager it is my aim to support Coterra’s objective to deliver solution-based outcomes which are consistent with the client and project team’s vision for the project.
