Biography
"Dr. Geoffrey Chapman joined the School of Business and Law in February 2015, following the completion of his PhD and an early career research development fellowship at the University of Western Sydney. He is based at the Sydney campus, and works with the HRM/Strategic Management discipline group. He is currently a member of the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM). His research and teaching interests span the broad fields of organisational psychology, human resources management and positive organisational behaviour, focusing specifically on team development and effective communication. His current research projects focus on personality profiling in the workplace and the application of positive models to the challenges associated with age and the workforce."
