Biography
Dr Ed Palmer has worked in the power industry, in the Hydro-electric Commission of Tasmania and in consulting firms undertaking planning studies, grid connection studies, power quality assessment and designing computer models for exciters, governors and SVCs.
Research Interest
Power system dynamics and stability, applications of signal processing, control systems in biomedical engineering and power systems
