Jo Kehoe

Biography

Jo Kehoe is a UK solicitor and law lecturer in the School of Business and Law. In the UK Jo worked for a number of years in private practice and, prior to moving to Australia, as an in-house company lawyer for a large building and development company in Greater Manchester. Jo coordinates a large first year contract law course and enhances her teaching by collaborating with colleagues and undertaking research in teaching and learning. Her primary research focus is in environmental law. Jo undertook a PhD at the Australian Centre for Environmental Law at the ANU. The thesis is entitled: The making and implementation of environmental laws in Queensland: the Vegetation Management Act 1999 (Qld) and the Land Act 1994 (Qld).
