Biography
Prior to joining CQUniversity, I was with University of Western Sydney (UWS) until early 2006. At UWS, I taught in the areas of information systems, and knowledge management. Prior to joining UWS, I held various senior management positions in insurance and environmental industry, and I worked in ithe information systems, finance and administration areas. From early 1990s until 1996 I was a consultant implementing ERP systems in small to medium size organisations.
Research Interest
My research interests involve the issues surrounding organisational change, particularly as it applies to changing information systems, resistance to change and the power redistribution that generally follows such change. I am specifically interested in how behavioural issues facilitate knowledge transfer during collaborative tasks in a changing environment.
