Biography
"James’ involvement in the Business program at CQU extends to courses in Management, Business Strategy, Marketing, Entrepreneurship Innovation and New Ventures. Principal research interests include advanced use of Information Systems, Group Support, Telepresence, Knowledge Development, Social and Services Innovation, and Sustainability. James’ expertise extends to facilitated group support, scaled conversation, strategy formulation and implementation. The main field of speculation lies in the the area of post-phenomenological assessments of technology, the Philosophy of Technology, Systems Dynamics, statistical modelling, support for effective decision making, critical thinking, and reflective practice. "
