Biography
"Having worked in the industry, my passion for teaching and research attracted me to academia. I completed my doctoral studies in Strategic Human Resource Management from The University of Queensland in 2014. I have also completed my Master of Business Administration, specializing in Human Resource Management and B.Sc. Honors Degree specializing in Industrial Management. My research interests are human resource management innovation, non-technical innovation, learning capability-based competitive advantage. I have work and consultancy experience in a wide variety of industries ranging from family businesses to multinationals in service and manufacturing industries."
