Biography
Amanda has over 25 years senior leadership experience with expertise in HR Strategy and Advisory, Remuneration Management, Diversity, Organisational Development, Cultural Change and Corporate Social Responsibility. Amanda is the former Group Executive, HR at ASX (Australian Securities Exchange) having held this position between 2006 and 2015. Prior to her appointment at ASX, Amanda was General Manager, Human Resources at SFE for ten years, responsible for the human resources and administration functions. Amanda holds a Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management and has been admitted as a Certified Professional of the Australian Institute of Human Resources (AHRI). Amanda is a Director of the Mostyn Family Foundation and was a Director of the ASX Thomson Reuters Charity Foundation for eight years. Amanda is a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW), a member of Women on Boards (WOB) and a BoardLinks Champion promoting benefits of gender balanced boards across Government Finance portfolios.
