Biography
Lindsay Botten is a Professor at the Australian National University, and Director of the National Computational Infrastructure (NCI), a position he has held since May 2008. Previously, he was a Professor of Applied Mathematics at the University of Technology, Sydney, at which he is now an Emeritus Professor. Previously, he has served as an academic at the University of Technology, Sydney, most recently as Professor of Applied Mathematics, and in a number of management roles including Head of School, Associate Dean (Research), and Acting Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology for an extended period.
