Biography
I have worked in different industries and sectors since 2002. First, I was employed in BehsazTeb medical manufacturing company. I was working in this company as a production line analyzer for online inspection of the production line and reporting to the R&D department. Also, I was in charge of implementation of quality management system (ISO 13485) in the department. In addition, I had the responsibility for design and implementation of training syllabi for the whole staff. Then, I found I need to extend my managerial skills and I decided to do my Master in Industrial Engineering. Meanwhile, I was also working in education and training sector as a self- employed consultant. Finally, before starting my Ph.D. in Operations Management and Decision Sciences at ESSEC Business School (Paris & Singapore) in 2009, I was working in oil & gas industry in National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) as a system analyst in the central training sector of the company.
Research Interest
My research specialty is in fleet management, logistics and supply chain management with a special emphasis on risk management and sustainability aspects. I use optimization models, econometrics, and field research to understand how existing managerial structures in the aforementioned fields work.
