Biography
Charlotte Sobey completed her Master of Physics degree at Durham University (U.K.) and PhD at the Max Planck Institute for Radio Astronomy (Germany). She was a Post-doctoral Research Fellow at ASTRON (The Netherlands) before moving to Perth to commence a joint Research Associate position at the International Centre for Radio Astronomy Research (Curtin Institute of Radio Astronomy node) and CSIRO Astronomy and Space Science.
Research Interest
The pulsar radio emission mechanism; using pulsars as probes of the magneto-ionised interstellar medium; the Square Kilometre Array telescope and its precursors and pathfinders.
