Biography
Eileen joined the Curtin Law School in 2016. She is the Director of the Consumer and Small Business Law Discipline and will introduce and coordinate the elder law program. Eileen teaches and researches in real property law, particularly housing and tenancy law, competition and consumer law (including small business law) and elder law. In August 2017, Eileen was appointed to the Law Reform Commission of Western Australia.
