Biography
"Fazlul K. Rabbanee, PhD, is a senior lecturer in the School of Marketing, Curtin University, Australia. He obtained PhD in Customer Relationship Management from the School of Marketing, Curtin University, Australia. He is a Fulbright scholar and holds an MBA (in International Business) from The University of Akron, Ohio, USA. He published widely in different refereed journals including European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Strategic Marketing, Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Journal of Service Theory and Practice, and Service Industries Journal. His broad research interests include relationship marketing, consumer behaviour, and marketing strategy. Fazlul has taught a wide range of marketing units both in Australia and Bangladesh in the capacity of either a lecturer or a tutor. He was a visiting faculty at the Qatar University, Doha, Qatar. Prior to joining in the academia, Fazlul worked as a senior officer in one of the largest public sector commercial banks of Bangladesh. "
