Biography
J-Han was the Group Chief Investment Officer of an ASX listed company with offices in 3 countries and real estate project across 3 continents. He has extensive experience in the real estate industry's agency practice in WA for one of Australia's most iconic real estate franchises and has been awarded as the top 5% highest achievers internationally. Previous roles included managerial and directorial positions in real estate agencies; and a strong background in both commercial and residential leasing, management and sales. He received a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Marketing from Curtin University. In 2004, J-Han completed his Masters in Property (with Distinction) in 1 year with Curtin University while working full time. He started his teaching career in 2006 as a sessional staff for Curtin while practicing real estate full time in Perth. In 2008, in a role reversal, he then took on a full time position with Curtin University's Property Program and maintained a part time involvement in real estate consultancy. He has been involved with teaching units such as Real Estate Market Analysis, Property Management, Real Estate Business, Property Principles, Property Valuation Practice, Building and Construction Costs, Property Investment Analysis and Property Finance.
Research Interest
J-Han's areas of interest are in investment and development feasibility, housing, economic analysis and general analysis of the property industry.
