Biography
Lien Duong is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Accounting, Curtin University, Perth, Western Australia. Prior to joining the School, Lien worked as Research Associate for an ARC project in the Accounting and Finance Discipline at the University of Western Australia. Lien's research interests focus on mergers and acquisitions, merger waves, executive compensation, corporate governance and statistical modelling. Her research have been published in international journals such as Journal of Business Finance & Accounting, International Review of Finance, Pacific-Basin Finance Journal. Prior to her academic career, Lien worked in the accounting and finance industry as management accountant, tax accountant and business analyst.
