Biography
Prof Piyush "Pi" Sharma has about thirty years’ professional experience, divided almost equally between industry and academics. Before joining the School of Marketing at Curtin University in Jan 2014, he was serving as Associate Professor (Marketing) and Director (Asian Centre for Branding and Marketing) at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), where he had also served as the Deputy Program Director for the Hong Kong MBA program (2009-12) and Associate Dean (Internationalization) for the Faculty of Business (2010-12) in the past. He is currently serving as an Associate Editor for Journal of Business Research and Journal of Services Marketing, and a member of the Editorial Review Board for the Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Service Research, European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Service Theory and Practice, International Journal of Emerging Markets and Journal of Indian Business Research.
