Biography
"Pnina is a first class honours law graduate from the University of Western Australia (UWA). Prior to joining Curtin, she was a Senior Associate at King & Wood Mallesons in their dispute resolution group where she was involved in the conduct of general commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on corporate law, trade practices and insolvency. Pnina has also undertaken secondments as legal counsel at the Department of Commerce in the Consumer Protection Legal Unit and senior legal counsel at the National Australia Bank in its recoveries team. Pnina has co-ordinated and taught the Company Law for Business unit at Curtin. She is currently co-ordinating and teaching the Trusts Law unit and is also involved in the teaching of Contract Law in the Curtin Law School. She has also previously taught in the areas of contract law, property law and company law at UWA."
