Biography
"Professor B (Ram) Ramaseshan holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from IIT and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program (AMP), Harvard Business School. He was the Foundation Head of School of Marketing (1996-2011) and Associate Dean (Research & Development) Faculty of Business (2001-2006). He teaches marketing strategy and business research methods and researches in the area of marketing strategy and customer relationship management. His research has appeared in several journals including the Journal of Marketing, Marketing Science, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Retailing, Journal of Service Research, Journal of International Marketing and Journal of Business Research."
