Biography
I currently work part-time in the School of Accounting where I work in academic development focusing on teaching and learning to assist staff in developing engaging student experiences. I am collaborating with CBS Faculty staff on a distributed leadership model of peer review of teaching. My role also involves exploring ways to improve the student experience in the School of Accounting. My research interests include student transition into higher education, teacher development and international student experiences in studying accounting.
Research Interest
Teaching and Learning in Accounting, Graduate Attributes and generic skills development in university education.
