Biography
Mr. William M. Lewis is Non-Executive Independent Director of Plant Health Care plc. Mr. Lewis, is currently President and CEO of Summit Agro USA, LLC, an agro chemical joint venture between Sumitomo Corporation and ISK Biosciences. Between 2006 and 2013, Mr. Lewis held senior roles within Arysta LifeScience, having previously worked at Syngenta Crop Protection (2000 - 2005) and held international roles at Zeneca/ICI (1984 - 2000). Mr. Lewis is also currently a Director of Four L's Enterprises Inc. and Four L's Real Estate Holding Company LLC.
