Alfred Deakin Professor Botti has research interests that cross a number of clinical practice domains, with a particular focus on pain, pain management, quality and safety and clinical outcomes in acute care settings. Her current research program includes: Patient recovery during three key transitions in recovery following two modes of radical prostatectomy surgery: open and minimally invasive, for localized prostatic cancer. Funded $197,000 from the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia, in 2007.
