Biography
Stella Franzese is a Psychologist with 2 years of clinical experience within educational and occupational rehabiliation settings. Stella has been highly dedicated to the profession since she was 16 years old and has worked for several years within mentoring roles for adolescents, mental health support for older adults and structured behavioural intervention for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her experiences have nurtured this dedication to Psychology. Although willing to work with all populations, her long term professional aspiration is to work with child and adolescent clients, providing educational and cognitive assessments to better a child's future, identify underlying causes of their daily struggles and overall increase their self-worth. Additionally, Stella hopes to provide emotional intervention to children and adolescents with depression, anxiety and anger difficulties (using role play emotion focused activities or drawing), to aspects of mindfulness and CBT and general counselling.
