Biography
Chris joined McGrathNicol in July 2008 as a Manager in Transactions. Prior to joining McGrathNicol Chris worked with UBS Investment Bank as an Associate. Chris’ experience includes the preparation and delivery of corporate advisory analysis as part of both live and proposed M&A transactions as well as debt and equity raisings. Chris has also worked with KPMG as an Audit Manager in the Middle Market Advisory division.
