Biography
Dr Christopher Morgan is a paediatrician, research program manager and PhD student in the Melbourne Academic Centre. Chris’ work combines operational research, development projects, and global policy advice to the World Health Organization (WHO). His focus is on better health services for women and children in Papua New Guinea (PNG), Myanmar and similar resource-constrained settings. Chris is researching integration, testing whether the unparalleled reach of immunisation programs can be leveraged for a broader range of healthcare. He has worked on international health at the Burnet Institute since 2001, prior to which he spent eight years working in Nepal and China (Tibet).
