Biography
Susan Luu is the Operations Manager for the Guidance Group and works closely with the National Centre for Antimicrobial Stewardship (NCAS) on IT innovations. Susan has over 20 years’ experience working in the health care sector in clinical and community pharmacy and health program implementation/management. She holds a Masters of Public Health degree and is a seasoned researcher with a keen interest in mixed methods research. Susan is also an experienced product manager and clinical developer of innovative IT solutions for antimicrobial stewardship.
