Mr. Peter Lyons is Joint Company Secretary of Downer EDI Limited since July 27, 2011. A member of CPA Australia and the Governance Institute of Australia, he has qualifications in commerce from the University of Western Sydney and corporate governance from the Governance Institute of Australia. Mr Lyons was previously Deputy Company Secretary and has been in financial and secretarial roles at Downer for over 15 years.
