Biography
Phil Bainbridge has a BSc (Hons) in Engineering and worked for the BP Group for 23 years in a range of petroleum engineering, development, commercial and senior management roles in the UK, Australia and USA. He then joined Oil Search in 2006 as Chief Operating Officer responsible for safety, operational and financial performance of all company assets in PNG and overseas, and then moved to Executive General Manager LNG, responsible for all aspects of Oil Search’s interests in the $15billion PNG LNG project and EGM Growth,he was also responsible for gas growth and exploration. Phil is currently a member of the Board of the PNG Sustainable Development Program. He completed to IEP at INSEAD and is a GAICD.
