Biography
Janelle joined EBOS Group as General Counsel in 2015. Prior to this she was a senior lawyer at Incitec Pivot Limited, an ASX 50 company. Janelle commenced her career with top-tier law firm Minter Ellison and has also worked with Norton Rose Fulbright in London. She has extensive experience in commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate governance matters. Janelle holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
