Biography
ohn Cullity was appointed Chief Financial Officer on 1 July 2014. He has more than 20 years’ experience in senior finance roles within publicly listed companies in Australia, including Sigma Pharmaceuticals Limited and the Coca Cola Company Limited in the United States. He has worked on a number of corporate transactions involving both acquisitions and business divestments. John has had extensive experience negotiating corporate banking facilities including the establishment of the EBOS Group’s AUD $420m trade receivables securitisation facility. John holds a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
