Biography
Dr Edmund Goh is Senior Lecturer in the School of Business and Law. He specialises in Hospitality Management and is the Unit Coordinator for HOS2325 (Undergraduate) and HOS6504 (Postgraduate). Edmund obtained his PhD from the University of Queensland, Master of Philosophy from the University of Wollongong and Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney. Before moving into academia, Edmund worked in operational, marketing and hospitality positions with companies such as the Singapore Police Force, MacDonald’s, Park Hyatt, and Mandarin Oriental. As a hospitality entrepreneur, he invested and managed his own service apartments in Sydney and operated a boutique bed and breakfast cottage in Blue Mountains Australia. He has taught across several universities such as University of Sydney, University of Technology Sydney, Western Sydney University, University of Wollongong, and Torrens University Australia. Prior to joining Edith Cowan University, he was the Head of Academic Studies at Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School, Torrens University Australia.
