Research Assistant at Edith Cowan University in Department of Security Research.

Research Interest

Fibre optic networks where encoding and encryption techniques can be applied to make data transmission safer, using all-optical signalling processing circuits; Software-defined networking (SDN) where infrastructure can be deployed and monitored in a virtual environment. Also, the forensics techniques applied in this environment; and Named Data Networking (NDN) which implements a new concept of routing packages, not using IP addresses anymore. Instead, it uses the name as source and destination addresses. It will change the way that networking is designed.
