Biography
Mr Richard Hughes is a Lecturer in the School of Business and Law. Richard is a certified practising project practitioner. As an experienced program and project manager, his background has been predominantly with central and local government sectors, specialising in IT, customer service, and contact centres. He has also been involved with policy creation, operating process reviews and business change initiatives.
