Biography
Uma is a Senior Lecturer in management in the School of Business and Law. Uma has had an international academic career focusing on equity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Uma’s work is funded by Australian Research Council’s Discovery Scheme to develop a cross-cultural framework that measures career aspirations of immigrant managers from the Asia Pacific region.
