Biography
Ian Alistair Dennis, BA, CA., serves as the Company Secretary and Non-Executive Director of Electro Optic Systems Holdings Ltd. He has been on the Company's Board since May 8, 2000. Heis a Chartered Accountant with experience as director and secretary in various public listed companies and unlisted technology companies in Australia and overseas. He has been involved in the investment banking industry and stockbroking industry for the past twenty five years. Prior to that, he was with KPMG, Chartered Accountants in Sydney. Appointed to the Board on 8 May 2000. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. He is also company secretary of Electro Optic Systems Holdings Limited.
