Biography
Ellume Chairman and investor Paul Darrouzet co-founded, chaired and developed the Foxleigh Joint Venture metallurgical coal mine on a greenfield site in Queensland’s Bowen Basin with three partners in 1998. After developing it to a 3MTPA operation exporting worldwide, the partners sold to Anglo American Coal and moved on. Paul owns and operates one of Australia’s largest marinas, the 507 berth Abell Point which provides unparalleled access to the Great Barrier Reef. His portfolio includes commercial, industrial and residential assets.
