Biography
Nitin Singhi is Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. With a background in mergers and acquisitions and over 20 years’ experience across a diverse range of companies that includes ASX mid-cap 200 companies, software and IT organisations, Nitin brings substantial experience to the Board. Mr Singhi is currently the Managing Director at Horizon Private Capital Partners. He has held senior positions with Capitalcorp (a division of CMI) and Colonial First State Investments Limited as the Lead Investment Director of the Private Equity Division. He has also previously held Directorships of Mincom and Ambertech.
