The key accountability includes development of a technical team comprising Process Engineers and to establish the technical centre to, - Develop refractory lining concepts and specifications for cement rotary kiln systems while optimizing the cost, improving the reliability and performance.  Refractory failure analysis by inspecting onsite damages, collection and analysis of samples, assessment of kiln mechanical condition, analysis of process conditions and raw materials. Establishing the root causes for the failure (thermo chemical, mechanical, or combined effects etc.,)
