Biography
- Branch Manager for the Sydney office of a National Environmental Engineering company. - Project oversight of projects ranging in value from $5K - $10M depending on complexity. - Management of direct reports including the Demolition and Asbestos Manager, 3 x Snr Project Managers, QHSE Representatives, Estimation Department and General Office Administration within the Sydney Operations Division. - Tracking and management of Work in Hand, Work in View and Opportunities to ensue maximum utilisation of staff to meet set budgets and growth trajectories of the Operations Division. - Provision of training and role succession planning to ensure continued growth of our workforce. - Completion of Senior Managements site inspections and follow-up. - Promotion of company QHSE initiatives. Develop and drive 'lead' safety metrics to improve safety performance. - Completion of monthly financial and general commentary reports for the Board of Directors. - Evaluation of staff including completion of yearly position and remuneration reviews. - Development of clear management accountability and performance measures (including individual goal / KPI plans). - Create a high performing culture (values and Code of Conduct).
