Biography
Mr Macmillan was appointed to the Epworth board of management in 2011, and is the chair of the Finance Committee and a member of the Board Audit and Compliance Committee. Mr Macmillan began his career as a lawyer at Freehills, before moving into senior roles at Foster’s Group Limited, Pacific Brands Limited, BlueScope Steel Limited and Grill'd Pty Ltd during a key growth phase. He has extensive strategic, financial, commercial, business development and legal experience at the executive and Board level across diverse and complex businesses in Australia and overseas. Mr Macmillan is currently general manager of strategy and planning at Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, a leading pharmaceutical distributor and retailer within Australia.
