Biography

Over 28 years investment banking experience focused in real estate, finance and investment. Ian is a founding Director of Linchpin Capital Group Limited.  Ian has extensive expertise in raising both debt and equity for businesses and for projects, has a strong practical understanding of board audit and compliance requirements, ASX listing rules and prudential control of business operations. Formerly the Director of Business Operations for Urban Pacific, with responsibility for 29 residential development projects across Australia, South Africa and the USA, he was also responsible for the formation of Macquarie’s property syndication business, raising over $750M for syndications and funds. He is based in Sydney.
