Biography
Mr. Murray Raymond Boyte serves as Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of the Company. Murray brings great depth of experience in executive positions and Directorships in the transport, horticultural, financial services, investment, property and health service. He is currently a Director of Abano Health Group, Unity Pacific Funds Management and Chairman of National Tyre and Wheel Co Ltd. Murray has a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from the Victoria University in Wellington and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.
