Mr. Nirmal Singh Hansra is Non-Executive Independent Director of Eureka Group Holdings Ltd. Heholds a Master of Commerce degree from University of NSW and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants. He has over 40 years of business management and corporate advisory experience. During this time Nirmal had roles as CFO / Finance Director of companies such as Industrea Limited, ISoft Group Limited, Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Limited and Ruralco Holdings Limited.
