Biography
Evan is the Company Secretary and Vice President for Information Technology and Community Relations. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Secretary, and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and the Governance Institute of Australia. Evan has over 20 years’ experience in senior financial, commercial and technology roles, where his responsibilities have included the roll out of IT projects and services, business improvement initiatives and merger and acquisition activities. He has held senior positions with IT consulting companies in Australia, and previously served as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Hartec Limited. Prior to that, Evan was employed by Dimension Data and Grant Thornton in South Africa.
