Biography
Mr. Jenkins is FAR’s Regional Government Liaison Advisor based in Nairobi, Kenya with over 10 years’ experience in Government liaison, project management and logistics. Mark was a founding member of the Upstream Oil and Gas Stakeholders Society which in 2008 brought together all major Oil & Gas exploration companies in Kenya at the time to successfully lobby for duty, VAT IDF exemptions and remission on VAT. He is now deputy Chairman of the recently formed Kenya Oil and Gas Association (KOGA) which has built upon the successes of the past and whose membership encompasses nearly all of the Oil and Gas operators in Kenya.
